Because we have cared so much about the Golden Retriever breed and had so much pleasure in owning and breeding them we have established a rescue scheme. 
This is just our way of putting something back in return for the enjoyment that they continue to give us.
The way it works is that any Golden Retrievers who need a new home whether through force of domestic circumstances, abandonment or other difficulties can initially find a new home with us.
From our extensive network of contacts we can then carefully select a new owner who will give the dog a new start in a caring environment.
We have operated this scheme over a number of years and it always provides us with a real sense of satisfaction when we see a magnificent dog resettled into a new home.

We do have a 2 year dog in rescue at the moment, who is a wonderful boy and is desperate for a lovely home.
He needs a home where he is the only dog, with no small children and he isn't left on his own at home for no more than 4 hours max. He needs a Garden that is fully enclosed and dog friendly. He also needs lots and lots of walks and love.
He is in rescue through NO fault of his own, and really is a special boy that needs a special home because he really does deserve one.
